Goals - Staying Well Rested

I've been M.I.A. because I'm end the home stretch of pregnancy and it just leaves me so tired. Also, I have not adjusted to my new schedule, at all. I feel like I'm always running out of time. The days still hold the same amount of time, but my mind is passing through it differently. It's really weird.

My OB is out of town this week and so I'm trying my best to NOT go into labor. She said she doesn't think that'll be an issue, but knowing my luck, I would be the one to go into labor when it is least convenient.

Honestly, my goals for right now are to just make it to my doctor appointments on time and get plenty of rest. I still have two more weeks of work before I go on maternity leave and even though I have a desk job, I come home exhausted every single day.

My (amended) daily tasks are:

  • Make the bed EVERY DAY.
  • Put away the clean dishes in the morning.
  • Spend 10 minutes a day on dishes.
  • Do something laundry related every day or get Mr. LL to do it.
  • Journal/Meditate

For my (amended) weekly tasks,  I'm actually putting these on hold for right now. While I still want to wipe down the bathroom and dust every week, I'm not forcing it.

Goals - ALL the things

Today is the day of the baby shower my best friend, Annie (over at PaperDollDigital) is throwing me! So I'm going to keep this kinda short. I have a lot I want to focus on this week: getting things ready for Lazy Baby, cleaning out the back room, taking care of myself, eating well (with Mr. LL, more on that tomorrow), and exercising. Here's hoping I'm not just in a manic-nesting mood right now.

My daily tasks are:

  • Make the bed EVERY DAY.
  • Put away the clean dishes in the morning.
  • Spend 10 minutes a day on dishes.
  • Do something laundry related every day.
  • 10 minute pick up before bed.
  • Journal
  • Meditate

For my weekly tasks:

  • Clean the bathroom
  • Dust
  • Walk 4 days a week.

Goals - Relationships

Last week, I walked every morning with one rest day. Didn't walk today, though, because I've been feeling a cold or allergies all weekend and I don't want to push myself. Also, I'm proud to say I dusted this past weekend! I could still dust more, but I got a lot of the house done.

This week, I want to focus on spending time with Mr. LL and my friends this upcoming weekend. Also, getting ready for baby stuff.

  • Clean the bathroom (which consists of: putting away products, wiping down surfaces, checking shower for empty bottles–Mr. LL is notorious for doing leaving empty bottles in the shower)
  • Dust
  • Walk 4 days a week.
